Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and specific details regarding the clamping components you wish to return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is validated, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed shipping instructions for our warehouse.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Ensure all items are placed in their original industrial packaging to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Upon receipt, our quality control team will inspect the hardware for integrity, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
